Please treat the space and everything it encompasses with care and respect. Everything should be left the way you found it by the end of your bookings.

Restrictions:

- No surpassing THE maximum capacity OF 5 PEOPLE

- No standing on any furniture

- No moving couch or rug

- No dirty shoes on the rug

- No putting feet on walls

- No pets

- No food, drinks, or alcohol with the exception of water in a closed container

- No smoking

- No drugs

- No flames (candles, sage, incense, etc.)

- No fog machine

- No use of any liquids

- No filming or keeping equipment outside of the studio space in common areas such as the hallways, restrooms, stairwell, etc.

- No paint/body paint

- No confetti or glitter

- NO NUDITY

A CLEANING FEE OF $50+ MAY BE INCURRED IF DEEMED NECESSARY.

RENTERS AND Guests who fail to comply and/or cause damages to the space, its furnishings, decorations, backdrops and/or equipment will be fined.

BOOKING INFO:

Rental hours booked include set up and break down time. Groups must exit the studio by the end of booking time. Should more time be required, please notify at least 30 minutes before the end of booking slot. Failure to request an extended booking with approval and surpassing time by 5 minutes will result in a charge of 1.5x the regular hourly rate per additional 30 minutes.

RESCHEDULING BOOKING SLOT:

PLEASE NOTIFY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.
